Roger Fisher is a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and founding guitarist of Heart. Known for his legendary tone, expressive musicianship, and decades of world-class performances, Roger brings unmatched insight to the SoulGarden community. As Artist in Residence, he guides new musicians through the craft of songwriting, performance, and artistic identity. His mentorship provides the next generation with wisdom shaped by a lifetime on global stages.
Derek Whitaker is a lifelong musician, producer, and technologist dedicated to empowering emerging artists. With decades of experience in music creation, studio engineering, and innovation across the tech industry, Derek blends artistic vision with technical excellence. His mission is to create a nurturing, high-impact environment where artists gain the mentorship, tools, and creative freedom they need to grow. SoulGarden is the culmination of that vision—a home for creators to learn, collaborate, and thrive.
